📌 Steps to Collect Awesome Testimonials
- Invite the Client to a Call
- Send an email or ask your client to hop on a Zoom call with you (or someone from your team).
- 🧠 Pro Tip: Do this within 1 day of an inflection point—this is a moment where the client has just experienced a win, breakthrough, or major result.
- Include a Booking Link
- Use Calendly (or similar) to make scheduling easy.
- Try to book the testimonial call within 2 business days.
- Host the Interview Using the Epiphany Bridge Framework
- Ask questions that walk them through their transformation.
- Highlight the before and after states clearly (see the interview questions below).
- Ask for Marketing Permission
- Be sure to ask: “Can we use parts of this video in our marketing?”
- Record their consent for using clips in your materials.
